I particularly like the artistic addition of the trainers featured in the first two photographs - as if discarded nonchalantly in to frame…. such talent.

    Nice work Pete.
If i may be so impertinent... i think i would have added a thin strip of Brass plate between the 2 types of wood.
IMO that would have done it for me.

    Pukka job mate.

Pete the Black & White effect is a little unusual but grows on me. The reworking of the front cheek piece profile is masterful. The rollover edge looks razor sharp, lovely. Just be careful you don't cut yourself

Are you oiling it and if so with what?

Oh and I still can't click to zoom your pics - can anyone else?

With Danish, and then a rub with 0000 wire wool to take the shine off. Then carefully shred the wire wool into a blue Rizla, and light it, keeping eyebrows well clear. The smoke only lasts a millisecond, but man, it's a blast while it lasts...

I don't know why you can't zoom the pics, mate, I'm afraid

I'm able to click-zoom his pics Andrew, i find if i hover the mouse a small arrowed window appears, i hit this and it zooms in..

You will see, my post count has actually gone DOWN just lately, it's because i asked Baz to reduce it, he did, by some margin!!.

You will also find that there is a new member on board here...a re-invented snock.

    Pete.
