    WRT extra weight :

    I have just weighed it, and my HW99S complete now weighs 7 lb 5 oz.

    I don't know what the weight of a standard HW99S - I have seen between 6.8 lb and 7.2 lb on the Interweb.

    So, I suppose it is between 4 oz and 8 oz heavier than standard.

    I've got a custom stock for my HW30 it cost about a million pounds because I got it from America. It is pretty though!

    Vestlenning, nice stock!

    Any tips on how you machined inletting? I've just ordered a roughed out HW99 blank from Custom stock, which I'm going to inlet and finish to suit my '30. Any info appreciated!
