As is tho' it's complete I'd say £50 at best. However if you are hands on and are attached to it then restore it yourself. You'll love it.
Plenty of help on here/there including re blue which is a possible.

I too would be somewhere in the £40-£60 region as the basis for a restoration project. As stated in an earlier reply, I don't believe a professional refinish would be cost effective, but you could tidy it up yourself and either sell it or keep it.

I get these in almost on a weekly basis for renovation but never had one quite as bad. If you want to make money from it you will get more from selling as parts if you clean them up as you go.
