New 2017 Kalibrgun Cricket Mini Carbine - Full Review

As some of you may know, I have been lucky enough to have the new Kalibrgun Cricket Mini Carbine to review in the UK from one of my YouTube subscribers.

I think this is the 1st full review on the net and I hope I have done the review of this rifle justice.

Overall, I love this new take on the Cricket and I too am joining the waiting list for a Monte Carlo stock version of this rifle.
It is light, comfortable and deadly accurate.

it has a composite/plastic trigger, i think if you load the magazine from the other side of the gun, it will be easier.
i doubt it will come out in other than .22

Nice review, I would pick up on a couple of points,First (ignore) a couple of shots "it was me" the other think i was looking at was wether there was a good cheek weld, suppose a scope with P/A wouldnt matter as much?

I try to say it as it is and I am NOT a great shot. Those loose pellets were me trying to lean on a wheelie bin because people want longer than 25m shot cams. My shoulder was wobbling all over the place.
Most reviewers us bench clamps, I don't as I can't afford one, so I have to make do. What you see if what you get with me pretty much. Also when checking grouping, especially with 14 shots, it is common to pick the central group to allow for shooter errors and show the true group nature of the rifle.

Thanks for the comments, it was a fun review to do.

Tried from both directions and since then I have spoken with the owner and he had to file away the face of the magazine (hence silver colour) as it was too tight when he received it.
You might be right about the material of the trigger, it doesn't feel 100% metal. But it is a mighty fine trigger.

I appreciate the honesty of the reviews (have seen others of yours) and i do like them, What about the cheek weld? don`t you think you may get a tighter group with a higher comb?

TBH I am not sure and not a good enough shooter to accurately tell you with rifles that have one or don't. I find that my cheek rests ok with this stock and the fact that I am using a LCD X-Sight screen / sight mitigates this slightly as well.

Now if I could only get my hands on a Carlo stock for the Mini Carbine

I know I have answered this, but I wanted to share something that I learnt from a comment on my channel

I was advised to deliberately move my zero by say 5 clicks down and 5 click right so my POA is not on my cross hairs and so I will not obliterate my aim point when doing grouping shots. Never thought of that and will do that from now on.

Forgot to say, thank you. It is hard starting out with a YouTube channel in the crowded market of Air Rifles. But I am learning day after day which is one of the reasons I started it.

It seems "Monte Carlo Stock" somehow got lost in the Czech translation. I've put my order in for the standard stock that looks like Monte Carlo to me.
