I was think £25 to £35, would that be about correct ?

Hard to see the exact condition of the metal work, but I'd be tempted to say £40-50.

I sold a HW70 a year ago for £60. It was in good working order, with all original parts and with some wear around foresight hood on barrel due to cocking operation and a few scratches on plastic grips. I guess yours could be worth £50-60 if it is in working order and not too much wear to bluing.
