I reckon it'll be the 'the' gun for pistol HFT and I'll probably pay extra to buy one with the cocking lever on the right.
What I really don't like is that it looks like it only takes a proprietary moderator when all I want is a little Soundbiter on it.

Are mag fed pistols ok for HFT?

It wouldn't have taken much to put a 1/2" UNF thread on the end.

At Basingstoke and Meon the pistol targets are usually in banks of five so it's okay to have a mag as long as it comes out between banks. Of course, you can use a mag for rifle HFT but you can only have one pellet in it at a time.

Then I take back my earlier comment about it being no good for HFT. It may be one of the better guns for it if the performance matches the price.

Well, it will do 5.5 ft.lbs. and shoot extremely accurately, thanks to its excellent barrel, precision trigger, helpful grip and correct balance, and its sidelever, multi-shot action means you can reload in less than a second, with no faffing about. It can take a silencer, too, which makes it extremely quiet (handy for not disturbing the neighbours), and that rail lets you fit a laser as well as a scope or red dot.

Yes, I can see the potential for some shooting pleasure, there.

i think if something did get launched with the simple understated elegance that was a bit like a Webley Senior ....and frankly looking like an airpistol.....and pre charge .....it would sell for fun.
