Trading Standards maybe? Just a thought.
The older I get, the more I know, the less makes sense!

I can remember when every sea side town that we visited when we were kids, had a 'Mine' charity money collection box on the sea front. I wonder where they all went? A bit non PC now, I'd love to have one.

In Scarborough we still have one (painted a lovely bright red) down by the harbour along with an old blue police phone box -- just like the TARDIS!
