    Yes, and thats the first question I ask when a customer says the gun won't cock.

    After that its "Did you read the instructions?" which is invariable followed by a few seconds of silence and then "No, didn't read 'structions."

    I would have surprised me if you hadn't of asked it!

    It was the second thing I noted about removing/replacing a Rekord trigger. The first being "Tape down the safety catch" !!

    In cases like this I always try it without the main spring.
