    Hw77k natural laminate

Hi all what's your thoughts on the Hw77k with natural laminate stock, I'm lucky enough to own mint unfired example made in 1996 approx. To me it's fairly irreplaceable as only 165 were produced. Anyone one else have one?

    168 made.
    Only in .22

    I had one until recently.
Nice but I doubt they are worth a huge amount more than a standard one.

I assume that stock was more expensive to make than the coloured ones we see a lot of.

Do you have source for your info, everything I've read about these says 165 were made, although it was only meant to be 100, the stock maker over produced delivering two batches one with 82 and the other with 83. Weihrauch did these to test the water for the later autumn forest version. Not to worried about value, not in it for profits it's just nice to have a rarity or two.

Was just hoping you had some of the articles, I read one that gave the start and end serial numbers for both batches but like a doughnut I didn't save the page it was on and now I can't find it!

I think there is an old thread on here as I asked a few Qs when I got mine.
It may have been called a 77K LE at sometime.

The chap I bought mine from didn't realise what it was so I got it cheap.
Not my fault as I didn't know either till I did some research!

    I've not seen another one.

The only one I've seen in the flesh is the one I have, I have managed to find a few pictures online but that's only 3 different ones tops, one may even be your old one. I've collected a few laminate springers from weihrauch including 3 centenary 97k's but this 77k is probably my favourite. I still have a few to get, like a 95 and 35.

I too have a HW 77K LE in .22 calibre, serial number 1458886 purchased in 1998. It too is in it's box and I still have the receipt.
The information I got from Hull Cartridge at the time, was that serial numbers ran in two batches : 1458842 - 1458941 and 1459688 - 1459752.

You can't post any pictures directly to this section, you have to use a hosting site and post a link.
I don't have any pictures of my 77K-Le but will see what I can do when I get it down from the loft.

Alas I'm the third owner of mine, got it from a collector in Leicestershire about 7 weeks ago.
