My first hurdle is identifying exactly what it is.
In faded writing the body has:
The BSA Standard

Birmingham Small Arms co Ltd England
Various patent dates are printed but fade out, but 1907 seems to be the most common date
The serial number is L26530
If anyone can shed any light on the rifle I'd be grateful. I need to obtain service parts and want to be sure I get the correct ones.
Thanks in advance
Steve.
