Every time I get a PM I get a mail to say my inbox is full. I (thought) I had cleared it ages ago and it does show just one.
What have I done wrong?

When your in your inbox if you scroll down the page you'll see a bar called folder controls that will show you how many PM's you have total of your allowance which i think is set at 50 per member.
