    Lovely.

And I have a special treat tomorrow.....picking up my Lazaglided '80 bullpup and '77 Vantage from Mr Pope!

I'd forgotten about the Venom Snipe. I wonder if Tony Wall had forgotten this also when he launched the '99 based .25 Snipe?

Yay, my Mamba is on there! I've never found an advert featuring the Mamba before.

Thanks Dean, do you mind if I take a copy of the pictures?

Spring airguns are eternal. No need for golden days.

    Fill your boots

I also got into springers buy looking at the classic ads from the past.

I remember saving for my first air rifle and then the decision of whether to get a Webley Victor or a BSA Mercury!

    Ended up with a Victor

    Happy Days

    Cheers Dean

Grumpy goes back in time and invests in a number of Venom rifles to make his fortune !!!
If that had happened id still be skint but happily spending my evenings staring lovingly at a large glass case full of aforementioned Venom rifles

    Venom.

Someone mentioned venom's!!!! The story goes that venom didn't make the TX200 Ranger for long as AA copied it for the HC so they thought why bother!!..Also that's why AA haven't brought out a new springer cause without venom arms they have nothing to copy!!!...moan over. Mach 1.5
