    It is their business because you are asking them to take control/responsibility for the item & transport it, so they have the right to know what they are transporting

    If you don't like the rules go elsewhere.

    Should probably add - pistols (or very broken down rifles) can be sent RM Special delivery- the leaflet in the PO is out of date as are the terms and conditions which state anything written on the website takes precedence - the website clearly states First Class is the minimum service and makes no mention of lack of cover.

    I have sent pistols RMSD, declared, for full cover in the last year.
