    I recall one changing hands at a & Garland Anderson auction in December 2015 for around £1,750 hammer.

    I was somewhat surprised to see that the Holt's offering is a different one than the Anderson & Garland Brown. It's in better shape overall but the grip frame appears pitted. Surely a decent example, but with an estimate of 3 - 5K will it meet the (presumable) reserve? We'll know in a couple months!
