An "All Round" Air Rifle Scope, Spring or PCP ?

All an open question of course and a matter of personel taste and preference but recently I've been thinking about this.
I've had PCP's in the past but only use springers nowadays and over the past 20 years or so, I've predominently used Simmons Pro Airs and Bushnell Legends, primarily the 5-15x40AO of which I currently have five on various air rifles although I still use two Pro Airs.

Moving on, I'm considering another mid-range scope very much in the manner of the Pro Air and the Legend but what will it be ?

Currently, I'm favouring the Vortex range in particular the Diamondback models.
    Anyone recommend anything else ?

Should add, in terms of a budget then lets say £200.

The old MTC Mamba-lite 3-12 was the perfect general purpose airgun scope for me,
Now I guess it would be the vantage SF 3-12 model 14160 or maybe the Vantage SF IR 10x 1/2 mil dot 14290.

An old school option is a used Leupold Vari-XII 4-12x40 AO.

I bought a mamba light at the last bash. Rhyslightning was shooting next to me . My mamba is good but his Vortex was much brighter

I'm currently using a 3-9x40ao EFR on a Brum Longbow and I rate it although a mil-dot reticle would be a plus I think.
    Nice bright disc though !

Quite like the Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40AO Dead Hold BDC Reticle that Les had mounted on one of his air rifles at the Spring Bashes although these are about £50 new above my budgetery figure.

i used to swap between the tasco saphyre and the simmons deer hunter. no difference. but for some reason i prefered the tasco. suppose it was the light shade it had.
that simmons could catch some light.
the only thing i can find wrong is the nut on the steering wheel.

Falcon M18, side focus, bomb proof internals which pass every box test I have done, reasonable lenses and a good reticle if you want to holdover or a superb top turret if you dial, all for £200!

I have a few Falcon scopes, 2x T50's, a 5-25x50 and the M18, I will be buying another two M18's for the two rifles I have that need scopes when I finish them (Webley Tomahawk & Hw97K) The 5-25 is quite a heavy scope for the mag but that's because they are very robustly built, but in the M18 it's pretty much spot on for £200!
