Thing is, I don't know if they're from the reloaded Hornady ammo or the once fired new Hornady cases.
Has happened to many of my Hornady brass with 10.8 grains of N120. Had a primer blow and it's a loud and scary business. Luckily I was wearing sunglasses at the time because there was debris. Hornady brass is giving a lot of problems with loose primers after a few shots so much so that I have abandoned them and using S&B brass. After several reload the S&B primer pockets are still tight and getting good neck tension. Going to test some reformed Remington 22 Hornet brass see how accurate they are.
