yes like any other tuner we have a job to do.and this job is 9am till 5pm we don't walk around with the phone strapped to our faces just in the off chance you will ring up at a decent time and not like 7pm at night. any time after 5pm or weekends and you have what's commonly known as all chance that's my time. better still post your number out so everyone can ring you at dinner time or when your having a shower or when your out with family you would soon get pissed off

other businesses can cope with calls during the day. I had to when my boss was not in work as do many others. why not set aside half an hour a day to deal with the emails or left messages? other one man band workers no doubt do it

Ha, your not on your own, I gave him a hw100 to service and rebuild as it had a leak, came back still leaking, I was told, oh I don't do the cylinder as they can be notoriously difficult, and I couldn't test it as you didn't include a filler probe with the gun, but happy to send you the seals if you want to have a go yourself, still waiting for the silencer that never came back with it.

Carl, we have spoken about this several times before, still nothing, your not a man of your word.

Yes it is Carl Garbett- i can post all the emails and texts that we have exchanged if you want plus pictures of your posting (that you kindly sent me albeit days after you originally claimed the gun was posted) and the packaging it was returned in (sorry I must claim credit for that picture)!

Oh hang on let me think.... why don't I stage a picture of what was posted to you now and that should prove it, I must be a genius!.......the camera never lies! Are you in all seriousness saying that!!

Cost me £210 plus and I am going to stiff you for a a £53 magazine after paying that - seriously?, again shame if you do not know what is going on.

Then you say in the next breath that you have a .22 magazine in stock, well good for you but wtf am i going to do with that in a .177 gun?

.funny thing is I only found this thread because I searched for airtech. I wanted to know people's thoughts on the company. I was looking for a longer cylinder for my Ultra.

I think I'll take a rain check on that one!

The sensible thing to do then is to have a business phone, which can be switched off and sent to answer phone when you are shut! Like other professionals. John Bowkett does this!

I once made a query with XTX regarding a REG for my Regal XL and was told that very little would be gained by putting a regulator in my version of the Regal. The gun is very consistent from 180 to 120 bar, with about 90 shots. So I thanked him most sincerely and left the matter at that.

If you did please check to see if you get a .177 magazine or Rabid's silencer instead "oh yes I did post the cylinder you must be wrong"

Thanks for the warning on Airtech.......His replies convinced me that there is substance to the posts , he should have kept quiet, anyone answering in that manner and attitude has not quite got the service provider relationship that you would want enjoy dealing with.

Plenty of really good tuners and service guys out there who do care.

Surely as a RFD he is not allowed under the silly VCR act to send air reservoirs by post direct to customers. They must be sent RFD to RFD and collected after payng a handling fee. Other air tube suppliers obey the VCR act and quote it on their websites.
