    Bonehill Britannia Air Rifle Valuation

I have a Britannia 177cal air rifle which I will be looking to sell. In good working order.

Could do with some helpful advice on value and, if not here, where the best place to advertise it would be.

    Herewith photos - https://flic.kr/s/aHskVXM9bS

Please ask if any more info/photos required.

    Thanks.

This is a good place to advertise it - when you have settled on an asking price start a new sales thread.

I hesitate to put a value on it because my valuations have been a bit off beam of late.

But FWIW (and since I'm opinionated and can't keep my views to myself ) I would say somewhere between £275 and £375. They are quite scarce although this one has a bit of surface rust, so the condition could be better.

That could do with a bit of TLC.
    Which would improve the value.
I say £400 if it shots ok.

Phil looking at these pics, the rear rocker sight on yours seems to be broken, unfortunately.

I seem to side with Danny, the broken rear sight will affect the value, which I would put at £250 -£300. As for the sale option, this is a good place, or there is an airgun fair in June somewhere....

I'd say a good £400 for a private sale, Trade will ask a lot more.

Not in the best of condition and with the broken rear sight, l would say £300+. l bought one of a dealer last year for less than £400. it is in lot better condition but was missing it's rear sight. hope this helps.
