I cannot assure you, TonyL knows nothing about grooming.

    Sorry Tone, none intended.

I shall be using my Titan Mohawk single stroke pneumatic in honour of the innovative gunsmiths of the U.K. --- and to find out how painful a hernia really is.

    Yep; very, very possibly true.

And also a fair selection of lots of other non-HW stuff, including BSAs (so you'd be right at home, Pete), Webleys, Hatsans, Dianas, Chinese and the odd Gamo.

So, lots of variety, and not just da boingers, either.

What there ARE lots of are lots of happy, contented, like-minded people meeting, chilling, talking and shooting.

I know you've mentioned your hatred of driving etc previously, Pete. And I understand entirely where you're coming from, as I'm nervous as hell on the roads myself following a bit of a scary Fiesta vs car transporter coming together on the motorway 4 years ago. But the weekend traffic is lighter and, when you're travelling to somewhere that you WANT to go to, it makes it easier.

So, if you can ever possibly make it to a Bash, please pop yourself along and come and see what a wonderful, all-inclusive event it really is. You'd love it - promise.

Nah, the punters love it, Derek.

They buy loads of expensive Dukes from me whilst I'm habing to fight off nubile nymphettes! It's becoming a bit of a chore, to be honest.

Tony, are you in the market for an apprentice by chance? I'm a fast learner and I could deal with that nymp problem you're having, using my legendary charm and sophistication. (Plus lashings of Brut)
I won't ask for wages just pay me in Strongbow mate...

No problem at all, Derek; I'd welcome some help.

Forget the charm and the Brut matey. Once you've got the long locks (a wig will fool them) you'll be fighting them off. And the chicks buy the drinks, too!!

Pete, I hate to have break this to you, but there ain't no BSA's or Webley's no more mate. Not even Theoben's or those god awful useless Brocock pistols. Its all German now son. And don't even mention AA as we all know if one model isn't a HW rip off it'll be a Venom rip off instead. And they use German barrels and work best with German pellets too

Really! I've never seen a German rifle as beautiful as a Prosport and mine loves AA pellets, Which ain't German.

Who said we have to buy new, there's plenty of quality Webley's in the sales section at the moment, you can still buy new BSA's and Webley's, fair enough they ain't made here but they are an alternative to German and by the way who did HW rip off for the 77? answers on a postcard to.
