rapid 7 magazine fault

hi any rapid experts on here,,my rapid mk2 177 mag has packed up,,ive followed the arrow anti clockwise ,ive put the pellets into the chambers,put the mag into my gun and it doesn't line up..normally I have to place my finger over the back of the mag to stop the first pellet falling out but this time theres no hole there...can anyone repair these magazines?

Have a look at the cover pin does it engage the pellet carrier & turn it ? & can you feel the spring tension on the cover as you turn it ?

It sounds like the pin has jumped the stop so the pellet carrier has spun back to the empty position which blocks the probe to prevent firing when empty, you have not noticed & have continued the loading.

Is the cover loose or cracked in any way ?

I'd guess at a failed spring or it needs adjusting slightly.
