    All else being equal, 2" shouldn't make any difference to the potential accuracy of a barrel...

    I posed the very same 30s question to my local gunsmith, not just an rfd but one who actually makes guns, and he said there would be no difference twixt the two.

    I did buy one of each though, just to be on the safe side mind you. and he was right. I do seem to gravitate towards the K if I'm honest, only 'coz it's the cuter of the two.

    I had a Hw30 kit. I had to be on the the most accurate springers I have shot.

    Sorry to jump in on this thread but im in two minds over which to choose myself.... im not sure how the muzzle weight is attached, does anyone have any info on this? Can the muzzle weight be removed with some heat? Then have the barrel screw cut?

    Mine has a grub screw in the bottom of the muzzle weight so I guess that's what holds it on
