Great accuracy and clout with .177 JSB Heavies in my R10 and Huntsman Regal, also seem to be good in the Kral bullpup.

    Cheers, Phil

Lousy energy retention over anything than 15 yards and TBH these were never meant for our sub 12 ft.lbs. Just stick with the Heavies.
It is not the pellet, it is the 11.2 ft.lbs that our rifles are set at.
I just watched a video of a chap who tests all sorts of pellets and determines their true BC ( two chronos method ) and accuracy using his HW 100 .22 FAC, 45 J . His results are very different to what we normally get in our guns due to the power of his gun. His latest was the H&N .22 Pile Driver @ 30 grs where he printed .5" groups at 50 yards with an energy retention of about 80%. With a sub 12 ft.lbs gun that pellet would probably not leave the muzzle.
