A 2 piece 'sportsmatch' or 'BKL' would be my choice, the 'BKL' mounts are self centralising as well...
Ps, personally I find the 'Hawke' mounts to be quite good quality but can induce some serious cross-over...
Evening all just after some advice as to which scope mounts are best for the bsa r10? I'm currently using hawke mounts.

They might be but I think it doesn't matter as even sportsmatch dedicated BSA scope mounts, and BSA scope master mounts don't align correctly on an r10 so it's not worth worrying about I'd say bkl are the best bet but unsure if they fit. Plus they are higher than STD.

Thanks for the replies, bkl seem to be the best bet as they self centralise. Time for a trip to the shop then.
Yes 'BSA' rails are 13mm, my 'dampa-mount' fits and sits perfectly on my 'Lightning XLT' strangely enough...
