Scuba tank to buddy bottle adaptor

Took my tank to be filled at my local diving shop in Feb and haven't used it since. Went to top up my buddy bottle over the weekend and the step down adaptor is missing so can't top my bottle up.

I now need to order a replacement but not sure of the thread sizes. See attached picture...

You'll get one from Best Fittings.

From that picture, it looks like the whole whip and connections are missing.

As above, give Best Fittings a shout - they're easy to deal with - I'm sure you could email that picture over to them if you're unsure

    All of the above.

If your buddy cylinder is 1/4" bsp the this should be what you need. http://www.bestfittings.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=690

The normal step down for a whip should be the same thread as the bottle.

Unless I was just lucky how I did mine.

A good tip is buy a DIN plastic blank plug & tie it to the cyl, when you go for a refill remove everything so you can fit the blank.
