    Webley Typhoon Valuation.

Having a bit of a clear out of pistols if I have not shot them since I moved ten years ago about time for them to go.

The first is a Webley Typhoon box a bit tatty but scope rail and paper work there I would say condition 90% plus.

The second is a Webley Junior Mark II same condition as Typhoon.

    Hello James,

It may be just me, but the picture link doesn't seem to be working.

I actually prefer the proportions of the Typhoon to those of the larger Hurricane. Typhoons in reasonable condition are normally estimated at £60-£80 for private sellers depending on condition. The box and associated paperwork should help make the sale of the pistol a bit easier.

Good luck with moving in on.

    Regards

    Brian

Don't know if the links work for anybody else but will say they are better than reasonable condition.

Will try for some better pictures later.

    Hi James.

That's better. I would still be around the £70 - £80 mark for each pistol to have a better chance of a realistic private sale. These pistols can sometimes be seen advertised at significantly higher prices by dealers and internet sites etc, but most will be still there after some considerable time.

    Regards

The second set of picture links work fine.
Both pistols appear to be in excellent condition with reasonable boxes to match. There does not appear to be any wear to the 'Typhoon' logo on the fore end of that pistol, so I would suggest a figure of £120 - £140 for it, and £100 - £120 for the Junior.

I agree with troubleshooter both are in good condition with boxes so £120 minimum for the Typhoon more like £140.
I would also ask £120 for the Junior.

Thanks for replying they are the figures I had in mind.

Both nice pistols the Typhoon does handle better than the Hurricane and the Junior is a really compact gun with a rifled barrel to boot.

    Might keep them after all.
