Mtc viper connect mount with weaver rail and rtek wolf

Hi. Could someone please tell me if it is possible to unscrew the weaver part on top of mtc connect mount and screw it back so that it securly positioned pointing out to the right or left as opposed to facing forwards as you look down the scope. As i would like to add a ledray 900 ir torch to the scope wirh a rtek wolf to the scope but there is no room with the rtek wolf fitted to the scope. Thanks paul

looking at it i would say no ...the hole centres would be wrong...that is without taking it off of course

I agree, though if you're using a connect mount, you have plenty of room on the scope to put a 30mm to weaver adaptor on it, on left or right side of the scope.

Though this means the illuminator is a couple of inches lower. This may mean you get a little more glare from long grass.

Is the rtek Wolf illuminator not man enough?
