Thanks,according to a website up or down checker that I just tried it's definitely down for everyone!

Apparently the one guy who ran it finally found it too much. People had offered to help out but he ran it alone, apart from some moderators.
Think it was illness that made him pull the switch.
It was hoped it would come back on but it's been down for months now.

Real shame as it was a huge reference and knowledge base.
