Is the right answer, great little rifles and IMHO the best HW100 (and best looking).

See if you can get some time with one, they can be a little inconistent if you are of a bigger build due to the low comb of the stock leading to an unconsistent cheek placement. That said it was only ever noticeable on paper for me where it would throw a flyer if I was not concentrating, even then it was probably not enough of an issue for hunting.

Another √ in the box for the KT. The carbine length makes it easier to carry and easier to handle in a hide.

I've had the HW100KS in .22 for around ten years now. Perfect carbine sporter, great trigger and magazine system, very quiet too.

    Length and stock style.

The thumbhole stock is not really thumbhole, just a wooden tactical style stock. Depends where your using it for I suppose but the thumbhole stock could feasibley promote a better hold in tight spaces at the expense of the more secure hold of a sporter (depends where your elbow ends up I suppose), the thumbhole laminate is adjustable for comb.

If they produce a walnut KS with adjustable comb there would be no need at all for any further development of the air rifle as it would be perfect. I guess they are holding that back to save the airgun industry.

I have a KT but if I were to get another HW100 it would be a KS or an S just to make the collection varied.
