Colt Umarex 1911 Gold Cup Dismantling pellet firing

Having just acquired a Gold Cup model I would like to repair a few minor niggles with it.
The first is the extended slide release, the spring appears to have come out of its locating hole or snapped. The slide release works but is floppy, this is one of the things I would like to fix.
The grip safety seems to have been sorted with removal of the hammer block and a screw stud fixed into hammer face, not pretty but seems to work
Ambi safety on right side is loose but I think this is just wear and tear.
This gun has the extended barrel and knocking out 420fps with 7 grn pellets so working ok just those niggles
I understand there is a full strip and dismantle post on here. Can anyone point me in the right direction please
    Thanks

This is a link for the beretta strip. Not sure if there is one for the colt. Hope it helps.

The Colt is easier to work on. Just use a small blob of silicone glue to hold the trigger lock and spring in place to make assembly a lot easier. (See Chambers diagram to identify trigger lock).
