Pre war bsa turret style rear sight....

My dad is looking for an original rear sight for his light pattern. Knibbs has them for £60 not going to happen. If anyone has anything, even if tatty / damaged, please do get in touch.

As an alternative whilst he looking for the right one, would a flip up type mk1 airsporter sight fit the dovetail ?
    Tks JB
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

The flip up type sight is from the mk2 airsporter but I made this mistake, I have a Cadet Majir with missing rear sight but I saw a flip up style for sale cheap and no it dosnt fit. I believe the Mk1 airsporter sights are the same dovetail size as the older Beesa's though but then you get into silly money territory as you know. Atb Phil
