    TX200 mk3 or Hunter Carbine

Hi, I'm after advice/help. I will be buying a Tx200 in .177 and wish to know if the longer TX200 or the shorter Hunter carbine is more accurate?

    Peashooter 177,

    Such choices are highly personal.

For me, I am able to shoot the full length TX200 'better' at longer ranges - for me, at 55 yards, the full-length groups were both smaller and rounder than with my TX HC.

However, I am sure, that there are many chappies who can shoot the HC better than the full length at all ranges.

Fitting a sound moderator to the HC is much easier than the full-length, if you require a sound moderator.

I sold my HC many years ago, and have always regretted it

If you can, try and shoot both, and see which you prefer.

Have fun & a good Sunday

    Best regards

    Russ

I prefer the full length one. By the time you put a mad on the HC it is longer than the full length one anyway.

Both as accurate as each other. All down to which one suits you better with regards to weight and balance.
I've got both in 177. Use the Full length as my main HFT gun, and the HC is my spare/practice gun
