Just got back from dropping Niamh off, 4 hours for what should be an hour and a half max. Two jack-knifed lorries and a load of numpties.

I'd have struggled for a plink at work, John.

However, shooting from near my desk to the back end of the parts counter, I reckon I could get close to 30 yards indoors. And a HUGE selection of targets!

This weekend I picked up a beautifully engraved venom TX in .20, an Original 45 anniversary edition with plaques in the stock, and a slightly tatty HW97 in .22.

Unfortunately only the 97 is mine, the others are just after a little attenion.
I only bought the 97 cos I wanted the scope, so if anyones after one...

What a most excellent idea! Lots and lots of things to go at and all indoors! Would make an excellent video. And, if people eventually were to tire of inanimate targets, apparently the car park comes alive at night with loads of Rolandisti! Plenty of two-legged scum about around there, too.

P.S. I somehow get the feeling that the boss wouldn't be inviting us back for a follow up event!
