Those ads can be handy. Found the Nick Jenkinson scope advert (Link Arms Developments Ltd) in there, which some of us were trying to remember at the weekend.
Nice one on finding the NJ advert, Nick.

    And again on the graphics.

If you get the chance, would you mind seeing if you could find the Kestock Conversions advert with The Predator featured? It'll save me having to unearth my old mags.

Mind you, looking at the photo a bit more closely... The tail is raised and the part nearest the ring-piece is blue. Mmmm, I need to think......?

    84/85, Nick.

And I seem to remember that the advert appeared in both Airgun World and Sporting Air Rifle.

If I get the chance to dig it out before you manage to, I'll get it Boinged across.

    Boooing!
    Thank you, Nick.

Just clicked on the link, found the advert, tried to enlarge it and then the bloody internet's playing up!

Will have a play in a while if I get the chance. And awesome to see all those other ads again, so many dealer names that seemed "everyday" back then, now gone, sadly. And some of those prices!

    Thanks again,

    BOING!!

Here's a direct link to the only Kestock ad I've found so far, once you've opened the link just click on the pic to enlarge it.
Added a few more from 1984 too. MasterTune FWB, the new HW77 & Bavaria Venom at an exorbitant £195.

Stuff the spring guns. I just got hold of a Umarex Winchester lever action and it is more fun than perving on my mates wife. Tin cans are going to become an endangered species at the hollow.

Of course, I fully expect the cult to take the gun off me and hit the bucket with it, standing.....

Aha, remember that ad well and I had one of Steve's bolt conversions on my Ace.

Spotted those recently added adverts, Nick. Loads of lickable goodness!

No Geordies at the bash mate, a couple of smoggies, one of whom's alter ego is "the blue knob" but no geordies.

Hey, Chris how ya doing mate ? If we think the owner of the Pony bike is who we think it is, he may have put on a Geordie accent to put us off the scent
