Bloody hell! Its the thing from Donnie Darko
We had three of those when we had the smallholding. The idea was to breed them, but they utterly failed! They used to come in the house cos the girls loved them, they'd charge into the front room and launch themselves onto the sofa. Emma the ex racing greyhound and Dave the lurcher would then scramble to escape them and hide in the kitchen!?

Now that will spark another caliber debate, forget what size pellet but what size rifle to hit it with
Pete
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in
Just got back in from a few hours on the NV Tone, lovely peaceful evening but only saw two rats scurry past in the time I was there. I reckon I've done a good job and reduced them right down. I'll stick to daytime quarry for a couple of months and let the little bleeders breed some more furry targets for me

[QUOTE=T 20;7385285]Cheers Folks.
Unfortunately there's no way of telling what's caused my problem or how long it will last, but after a recent thread on here I'm going to take it easy and dedicate some time introducing these to Quigley Hollow to keep the grass down.

You don't know where I can get a couple of hundred of those do you Mick?
So, given myself an hour again this afternoon with the two .25,s
The 77 now shooting through the same hole time after time at 25yds with air arms field.
The bsa is another story, not consistent, but I can't think loose fitting pellets are ever going to give consistency. Even the trigger I can get on with, but got to get to the bottom of the shotgunning. I seriously like this gun, it must be made good.
Hold on there, Jaimie, if I get some giant rabbits they'll be just for looking at --- not shooting.
Mind you, I'm going off the idea of giant rabbits as I've always fancied having a couple of Capybaras on my lawn :-
