He shot the window aiming away from the house. I've seen him shoot, it would be safer for him to shoot directly at the house..... he'd miss

Sounds excellent there Nick. Time now to invest in a bag of fishing boilies as suggested by Pete for the catapult!!!

Traditionally, after 5pm I change into something more "comfortable".

They were gone pretty quick after that.

I have been banned on pain of death from playing Duelling Banjos in the house.

Apparently playing it on the Stylaphone is even worse!

Without having to climb up into the loft and rummage around through my early airguns porn, someone remind me what Diana rifles I might have listed after? Worryingly I'm thinking if I didn't lust after them then, they must have been seriously average.

Nope, it was FWB 127, Original 45, Airsporter (if you smoked a pipe and wore tweed at 14 years old) or the mighty HW80!

I've had them but still have the 80

I remember him, he was the sort of kid you could slap all day long and not get bored.

Those were the days indeed. As kids we used to be down by the river or tree climbing etc. Also used to spend a lot of time round a mates (the one whose parents had the biggest garden) blasting things with the airguns. My boy is nearly six and I'm trying to "promote" the great outdoors and avoid games consoles for as long as possible.
