Good news on the Glaucoma front I hope Tone ?

Just got back from my ‘last supper’ in the Lake District accompanied by a few glasses of wine and a couple of brandy’s so my eyes are a bit blurry too

Full English around 10:00 and set off after that so hope to be home by 18:00. All being well, a trip to my permission on Sunday before going back to work on Monday.

Unfortunately it’s not going to work out for either of us today Tone and my week is up tomorrow morning so will be setting off South after breakfast. Hopefully, I will be back up North again before the April Bash

That's a shame Paul. But you still managed to meet up and spend new Years with a fellow quigley , as did we as you know.
Amazing really when you think about it! Meet up with a random bunch of people in a field, next thing you know you have a solid group of friends that you know are there for you thick and thin. It's so completely weird I'll bet because of us all coming from such diverse backgrounds, beliefs etc under any other meeting circumstances very few of us would gel like we have.
Anyways, rambling over, have a safe trip home, took Steve about 8 hours from leaving here.

It's not so bad really, peeps, thank you.

Once I'd got diagnosed last year I have to take eye drops to reduce the pressure in my eyes.

Yesterday's tests revealed that the pressure is being kept at bay with the drops and the field of view tests that they do were all fine. The only negative was a torn blood vessel at the back of my right eye, which may be down to pressure spiking (maybe from when I forget to take the drops) but this should fix itself.

The worst thing is those drops they have to put in to dilate your pupils so they can have a proper look inside, leaving you unable to handle bright lights and with blurry vision for a few hours.
