As a Venom owner I completely understand the concerns of the Venom community and yes, there are some individuals currently "assembling" Venom guns on various sites for purposes unknown.
Of course, fake Venoms will get by the unwary, but for those who have done their homework, a fresh sticker is not the decider for handing over serious money.
There are ways to confirm a true Venom rifles authenticity and like buying a car, condition, history, and mechanical inspection are all serious pointers to a genuine buy.
These stickers could have been reproduced for many years under the radar and it is likely they have been. Any professional faker will already be at work and not waiting for these to arrive on the market.
I for one am not worried.
Thanks for the feedback, glad your happy with the end result and as you can see and have confirmed the work that went into having these done wasn’t easy or half heartedly done!
    All the best

These are exactly the same stickers that I gifted to you mate as I know you are a genuine venom owner. Simmo is my best mate, we both own and have owned genuine venom rifles and like he said, he had them made for us and genuine owners and not to be used to falsify standard guns into venoms. We both have worked together for many years restoring guns including venoms which included reblacking the actions. As you know, any stickers have to come off, so to keep them as original as possible these stickers were made to replace them. As my mate has explained, he couldn't just have 10 or 20 made as it wasn't worth the printers time, so the only way was to have many more than that made.
He is a totally genuine guy and certainly not out to scam or deceive anyone.
I hope this clears up any doubt.

My venom vantage hw77 has a sticker on mod and double cobra on compression cylinder. Both faded. Is it best to remove or keep on?

Not only do we have the same rifle but it now appears we have similar tastes in cushions...
Might start a new thread, 'readers cushions'
