    Thumbs up Crosman mk2 pistola.

    Hi all

I bought this from the Melbourne vintage fayre, Been fancying a mk1/2 for ages, This has been refinished but quite well done by the look of it!, It was resealed before I bought it too and seems to be holding gas fine, I love how there's two cocking positions too for indoor or outdoor shooting!!

The left grip has been cracked at some time and glued but will need a spot more glue on as it's moving slightly!

    Left side

    Right side

Calibre is .177 (Not sure if they all are!) and it shoots with some oomph!!

By the way, T'was nice seeing the regulars and new folk that attended yesterday

    The Mk1s are .22"s. The Mk2s are .177".

Two power levels makes it the first series, made 1966-80.

.22 has brown grips and there seem to be less of them around.

You also have a power adjusting screw on the front if you fancy a tinker.

Hi Magic, It's like a grubscrew, I was thinking or turning a bit of stainless steel down to make a knurled thumbwheel and threading it to replace the one that's in (Looks a bit home made from a bolt with the head cut off!!)

    Cheers, john

Yes, my Mk1 is exactly the same, you can actually see the hacksaw "skip" marks in it.
