It was a very good day. The club made a profit with all the proceeds from the raffle going to charity. The winner of the raffle (Geoff G) put his wrong telephone number on the back of his ticket If he doesn't come forward his prize money of £50 will be donated to the charity, a local childrens hospice, taking them over £110.
Personally I bought a nice Walther LGV match rifle and a few other bits and pieces and sold an Original 75 plus a few more odds and sods. I was very tempted with a lovely 'ball bag' stocked, re-blued, HW35 deluxe, pre safety catch going for £150 and a tidy BSA Merlin which went for £75.
We will certainly my hosting another event in the future.
Thank you to all who attended.
