    Sorry, my mistake. Avoid the use of the earlier nylon heads. When they jam they really jam

    You are correct but the old crumbly cheese buffer washer is the main culprit on the later models, that's why I always strip mine as soon as I get them to see what they are like inside, however good they look like on the outside.
