will one of these mags fit the excaliber air rifle or not

The only difference could be the pivot hole, but I'm not sure on those two mags. If it's too small, it can be drilled to size. If it's too large, it should still fit and work.

sadly not - the retaining hole differs, as Troubledshooter said & as the mags are a very light alloy featuring a raised central boss around the 'hole' they are very tricky to drill out correctly (I've tried myself 
).
Looks like you are stuck with 7 Shots and a Hold Open safety position.
