Yep, AGW, JT (& TD) make for a perfect combination -- much like my Walther Centenary, DampaMount and Nikko Sterling Gold Crown 4-12x44 front parallax mil-dot scope.
That Airgun World would be sat at home waiting for me today, that is.
Dunno why, but I just had the feeling that my favourite fix would be there.
As the dog dog needed taking out and feeding, I've only had a brief flick through it and, as ever, it's a corker.
With its crowning glory, for us BoingerPeeps......a whole seven pages of Jim's spring tech. Lovely jubbly. There's the continuing update of his volume reducing sleeve for the TX, de-tuning lively springers and playing with a HW55 (leather to synthetic seal conversion and findings). Can't wait to digest these, thank you Mr T.
And all this just before the Boinger Bash weekend, oh joy of joys!
Think I spotted an article by a lady going hunting squirrels with boingers, too.
BOING!

Done my bit for the BBS: http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....-being-a-mod-… now I’m a game-keeper turned poacher.
Managed to read a couple of Jim's finest so far. And, as expected, the usual, excellent stuff.
Those graphs and accompanying text on the TX full length vs HC showing recoil, surge and pellet exit timings are most informative.
Just the leather to synthetic seal one to get stuck into now.

I understand Jim is making springers more betterer but dont understand the techy stuff I just like reading his articles
He is to airguns what Sir David Attenborough is to wildlife

Would that be in the Worlds feature, Grumps?
Think I've got John's excellent (again) looking article on pistol trigger technique next and then the Worlds FT one.
Excellent letter from a lady, too, where she takes advice from Terry to help get her son started. The son uses it with his grandad who also bites the bug....excellent!
And I thought the UBC feature on the HW45 was good reading....didn't realise so many of these pistols were females, mind!
Once again, Mr D and Team, you've done us proud.
