Scope id please

I've just bought a Heirinkan scope that looks exactly like this one:



My friend sold it on this HW35 but can't remember what it was.

I have found the scope ID: my friend found a photo that he took of the scope on the HW35:


And this is the only photo I found on the net.
Exactly the same scope.



And the Heirinkan:

The Nikko scope looks like it was made for the Victory.
This one has an Absehen 1 reticle.
I had never thought that this type of reticle would be so comfortable to use.
The only problem is that it is not completely straight.
This cannot be adjusted easily as the scope has an integral mount; the tube cannot be turned on the mount, it is one fixed position only.
Can anybody recommend a scope repairer?
