Rapid scope rail - inbuilt droop?

Hi, just counted clicks on my scope, and the scope is about central for elevation.
Scope is on a Rapid mk2, late model, with the theoben bolt on 25mm scope rings.
I find it odd that the scope zero dials in almost exactly to the center of the scope adjustment!

Does the top rail of the rapid have built in droop, or is the scope just made like that?

Scope zero is at 25m for benchrest.

    Thanks!

    what scope is it?

the erector tube seems out of axis badly. or someone already reset the turrets (if that is possible)

with 0s it should point forward not looking down.

No drop built in but depending on barrel Dia and how tight you do up both the pinch bolt and location screw, clamping may not be 100% true.

The scope has a home made (but extremely good) target turret, so I guess it could have been re-set for FT work? (It was customised for ft, but didn’t know about the zero)

    Thanks!
    Thanks - Geoff.
