Original Super MOD 35 0.22
I have rediscovered my old Original mod 35 .22 air rifle during a room clearout
It still works but would benefit from a good clean and service I think
Its also got some spots of grey primer on the barrel sure they will come of with some thinners
Would appreciate any idea on the value or is it worthless

Despite their 70s looks, the S model Dianas are rather nice shooters, with the squarer stock, articulated cocking link, and solid fore end; and they are fairly rare, at least compared to the standard models.
And they are under-rated. Worth about the same as a standard 35 or roughly comparable mainstream 70s springer (Mercury S, Vulcan). So, depending on condition, anywhere from £60-100+.
Good that it has its open sights. But non-standard stock bolts?

I think they are really nice.
I would strip that one, send the bits to RichardH for the glass black polish reblueing.
Then get a synthetic piston seal and adaptor from Vortek.
I would measure the transfer port dimensions and get the swept volume to TP volume ratio optimised, might have to glue in some brass tube to get it right.
Send a new standard spring off to Tinbum for a new guide and top hat.
Relube and assemble and you will have a very nice shooter there.
