    cometa 300s stripdown

Well all back together but will have to cut a bit more of the titan spring as it will not compress enough to cock, so assume I am spring bound(my 1st strip down off a springer)

It's either too much spring or if you've fitted a new spring guide and top hat, their combined length is too long and they are touching before the rifle cocks.

    Part number MS009 from chambers.

That's what I used. No chopping required and settled on 11.2

    cometa

Just had a clean up and a new Titan spring from chambers part no TS012 for the 300 and the 400 and the fenix so I suppose some spring shortening was to be expected
