Air Arms S510SL Question

Gents,
A question for the Air Arms S510 aficionado's amongst us. The S510SL has 4 small holes around the circumference of the shroud at the breech end. Is it normal for a small amount of air to vent from these holes on firing?

Yes , that is the air bleeding off from the shroud.

Thanks Peter, never noticed it before and I have had the thing for years. Guess I can put my O ring box away then

I must admit at my first experience of a shrouded S510 was worrying when I felt air coming out from the breech end of the shroud until I was assured it was normal so don't worry.
