Nikko Stirling Diamond LR 10-40x56: thoughts/exoperiences?

I'm always on the lookout for entry-level FT scopes to show new shooters to consider, 'cos the Big Nikkos and Sightrons can be a bit off-putting pricewise. The Falcon T50 is nice, but it ain't light.

I saw the NS Diamond LR 10-40x56 on Evilblag and thought it was a knock-off it's not on th NS website, but a little more searching pulled it up on Optics Warehouse.

Anyone tried one, and if so, any feedback? Is it just a remarketing of the Targetmaster, or a whole new beastie?

My local RFD loves these, he uses a 6-24 on his own 6.5 Creedmoor.
I've only looked through them at/outside the shop but they appear fantastic, NS glass doesn't normally do anything for me but these are crisp & clear with a very nice reticle.
    I was well impressed.

I have used plenty of Nikkos, topps & superb value for money , The Nikko sterling nigheaters are on par with £400+ scope IMO , & I tried a few over the years bushnell, hawke, S&b etc etc etc

I think for FT, at nearly £400, you'd want to be pretty sure it can rangefind as well as a Falcon?
