HRPC Club Shoot and 60 point Challenge - Results

Another shoot closer to the end of the year and a very enjoyable one at that. I was expecting it to be a cold one but as it turned out it was pretty mild.
Some really good scores today as a lot of people seemed on top form, not me sadly. Bob Pattenden posted a truly remarkable 59, just missing out on the 60-point prize. That really was a terrific round by a top shooter.
I’d also like to congratulate Lindsay for a respectable 41 on her first ever shoot. Despite going around with two old codgers she fitted right in.
    Any way to the scores:

    Bob Pattenden 59
    Jon Newton May 56
    Lol Moore 56
    Ivan Edmiston 56
    Kevin Maw 55
    Russ Conner (R) 54
    Kevin Wickson 54
    Peter Fenn 54
    Abi Maw (junior) 54
    Dave Powel 52
    Kevin Hills (R) 51
    Glen Turner 51
    Terry Evans 50
    Steve West 49
    C Grey (R ) 48
    Lindsey Llewellyn 41

With Bob coming so close to the perfect 60 the challenge pot will roll over to our next shoot on 17th December where it will start at £94.

    Cheers

    Terry

One of those days when 9 yards looks like 8, so close, maybe half a pellet.

Thanks to Steve and Peter for the company and Lol for his entertaining moaning

    What moaning...

Bloody mud, grass, twigs, uneven ground, trees, rangetraps, etc. etc.

Apart from that a brilliant morning, thanks to the setters.... Just glad there was no wind to contend with

Well done Bob, a natural marksman, and thanks to Charlie and Glen.

The Fordies will definitely be back

Time for a barrel deep clean, 1500 pellets and it definitely threw a flyer this shoot, 20mm above cross hairs.
