if you haven't access to a lathe you can make them with hole punches I use urethane crosman cart seals that I trim to fit
the seal replaces same as a xs 78/79 punch stem out of brass part remove old seal fit new one them press stem back in I then spin in lathe and square up
I have also made a new body from ptfe or carbon filled ptfe but it's a bit too hard a seal for cos pressure really

    Hi Ped

Thanks for your reply. Lawrie’s been in touch so should be ok. Good to have the info for the future though as i never know what I’m gonna be tinkering with next!

    Thanks again

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to all who helped with my question. I’ve received the valve back from Lawrie and he’s done an outstanding job on it. It’s now shooting better than ever so thanks everyone and Thank You Lawrie 😁

    Merry Christmas
